Let me start off by saying that I have zero experience with blogs. I'm just typing this bad boy right now to see how it displays on our new site. I hope it looks pretty (although Beast might disagree with me for obvious reasons.) Anyway, soon we'll have some legitimate articles here about all things food: restaurants, cookbooks, food and wines, etc. You get the idea.
Here's a little background info on your humble bloggers. Foodie (me) is a waitress, wannabe restauranteur, and a talented gourmet chef currently based out of her own kitchen. Beast (my hubbie) is a professional mixologist in Downtown San Jose who runs a mean Webber and never met a bacon cheeseburger he didn't like. We'll combine our respective knowledge bases to bring you our unbiased opinions on the wide, wide world of dining, fine or otherwise. Nothing gastronomical is safe. Hope you stick around--it's gonna be a hell of a ride.
